[urbit] Livestream on Tuesday morning

The last livestream went pretty well, so we're going to do it again, this
time on Tuesday at 11am PST. We're going to take the next step and use
apps to send messages over the network. This will serve as an introduction
to both the application framework and the network. Again, we're going to
be working with you guys through chat and you're going to solve some
exercises.

We're going to assume that you're familiar with the first chapter of the
top down tutorial[0]. We'll work through the second chapter, a draft of
which is available here[1].

Since Thanksgiving is next week, we aren't going to do an in-person session
at the office.
