[urbit] Urbit contributor roundup: November 6, 2015

In the past few weeks, we've had a variety of useful contributions from
the community.

John Franklin (~ramren-lagfer, jfranklin9000 on GitHub) has brought our
bundled libuv version from 0.11 to the much less outdated 1.7.5. He has
also contributed some useful quality-of-life fixes to the C side of the
Urbit project.

Charlie Cummings (~mossug-tasled, chc4 on GitHub) has fixed the broken
implementation of ++lore and ++role, line-splitting arms in the standard
library, and written reference jets for them. He has also continued to
clean and document the Urbit virtual machine's command-line flags.

Jacob MacDonald (~rabtug-molhut, jaccarmac on GitHub) caught a
longstanding bug in the Hoon mode for Emacs.

Wilder Ramsey (~witrys-tacnyr, wilderr on GitHub) and Risto Saarelma
(rsaarelm on GitHub) have contributed fixes to our documentation. Dan
Phiffer (~fodwyx-dovbyl, dphiffer on GitHub) contributed to the rewrite
of our readme.
