Urbit is going down tonight (Thursday) and will come back up tomorrow afternoon.

The reboot changes the @p naming algorithm, letting us issue new, permanent planet and star names.

We'll send another email with more details tomorrow.

So what does this mean for Galaxy owners?

I assume we'll need to reboot our galaxies as well. But the galaxy names
won't be changing right?
