Discussion:
[urbit] Might have hung up my system with an infinite loop

I was playing around in dojo (using sole) writing dec in hoon, hit enter
and everything froze up, leading to me thinking I might have coded it wrong
and got my system into an infinite loop. Forgetting about repeatable
computing, I C-\'d it, and restarted, now it's just hung:

boot: installed 229 jets
arvo: time: ~2015.10.6..04.48.25..382b
rest: checkpoint to event 278.388
rest: old 0v1d.hre46, new 0v1u.ca2k6
# removed passcode path
rest: replaying through event 278394

---------------- playback complete----------------
ames: on localhost, UDP 47264.
http: live (insecure) on 8080
http: live ("secure") on 8443
term: live (but unsupported) on 10023
ames: czar zod.urbit.org: ip .192.241.195.84

Any ideas on how I could kill the errant process? Have I exploded my
planet?

Your planet will probably survive, just let it run for a while. I would
recommend you also run |reload %f when you can, just because you're using
over a gig of memory, and that's probably mostly ford cache. |mass will
tell you for sure what it is.
