We've breached again. Some clay changes should make the network
significantly more stable over the long term. Also, some talk protocol
changes (%work comments should now be attributed correctly) required some
finagling to maintain the backlog, so we wanted to just get that over
with. At any rate, the breach is complete, and everyone is encouraged to
get back on the network.
