Discussion:
[urbit] Networking issue?

hidduc is spewing the following stack traces periodically:

http://ronnul-lonsem.urbit.org/~~/home/pub/paste/~2015.11.25..14.33.48..7234

It makes the console pretty much unusable although the rest of it seems to
be working okay. The cause seems to have been crashing out of memory while
on my VPS. I've tried the following mitigation strategies:

* Letting it run without networking on my laptop. That stops the
stacktraces which indicates it's networking related I think. But as soon as
the networking is turned on it starts again.

* Manually copying the home desk from a working planet over in case a sync
got interrupted and corrupted the desk somehow. Still spewing errors.

If folks want I can hand over the .urb file. but for now hidduc seems
defunct. I've reached the limits of my debugging ability at least if I want
to work on anything else anyway.

Oh and this seems to affect all of hidducs moon's as well. They spew the
same stack traces.

That's a stack overflow from some kind of JSON parsing gone awry.
We'd be happy to look at your pier, although I think Anton is the guy
to debug this and he may not be up for a few. Any way you can get us
the tarball is great.

Can you please send the whole pier instead if possible? I don't want
urbit to be surprised and start sending delete events when it finds
out its mounts, etc, aren't there.
