Anton broke everyone's :talk console with some malformed Cyrillic.
We're attempting to push an update that restores the correct state.
Hopefully it'll be back up in an hour or so.

Everything should now be back up.

I apologize for the extraneous console output: the fix involved
disconnecting the console from :talk and reconnecting it again, which will
print a significant amount of backlog, including the now-redacted offending
Cyrillic. If problems persist, please report them here, on webtalk(which is
unaffected), or github.com/urbit/urbit/issues
